He reminds the inspector how Lakshmi heroically saved Parvati from the borewell when her life was in danger. The inspector, however, asks Rishi if he knows who filed the complaint, revealing that it was filed under Rishi’s name.
Meanwhile, Malishka is on the phone with Kiran, exuding confidence as she feels she is on the brink of victory. Malishka comments on Lakshmi’s student who has challenged Neelam, feeling triumphant about the turn of events. Kiran, concerned, asks Malishka if she thinks she can truly give Parvati a mother’s love. Malishka dismisses the concern, asserting that she will be able to provide the love and care Parvati needs.

Rishi, still determined to clear Lakshmi’s name, assures her that he did not file any complaint against her. He demands the police inspector withdraw the complaint if it was filed under his name. The inspector, however, clarifies that Rishi cannot retract the complaint because he is only a secondary party; the main complaint was lodged by someone else. Rishi then questions Neelam about why she came to the police station, to which she responds with authority, implying that these are the consequences of going against her.
Neelam warns Lakshmi not to entertain the thought of taking Parvati away from her, as she is determined to go to court to settle the matter. Lakshmi, unphased, insists she was merely planning to take Parvati to her village and states that no one can stop her. Neelam, however, remains resolute, indicating that they will battle it out in court.
Karishma reveals to others that Neelam went to the police station to file the complaint against Lakshmi because she believed Lakshmi was planning to escape the city with Parvati. This news adds more tension to the unfolding drama.

Panic sets in until Lakshmi receives a call from Parvati, who reassures her that she is still at the Oberoi mansion, helping Rohan with his homework. Relieved but determined, Lakshmi heads back to the Oberoi mansion to ensure Parvati’s safety.
