His panic consumes him, and he begins to imagine the worst possible scenario. He says out loud that he cannot live without Lakshmi, and the thought of losing her is unbearable. In his panic, Rishi decides to run back into the fire, thinking that if Lakshmi is gone, he doesn’t want to live either. Malishka, who is nearby, sees his desperate state and screams for him to stop. Her mind races with fear, but she suddenly realizes that this was all just a figment of her imagination.
Snapping back to reality, Malishka finds herself standing in the kitchen with Lakshmi. The atmosphere is calm, but the fear from her daydream lingers. Lakshmi notices Malishka’s strange behavior and asks her why she was shouting. Embarrassed and caught off guard, Malishka quickly lies, saying that she saw a cockroach and got scared. Trying to compose herself, she leaves the kitchen and heads back to Aanchal and Karishma, who are waiting for her. They notice that she seems shaken and advise her not to worry.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi returns to her task in the kitchen. She is focused on lighting the stove, unaware of the danger that awaits. At the same time, Paro, curious about the preparations, decides to check if Lakshmi has finished making the Malpua, a traditional Indian dessert. As Lakshmi strikes the matchstick, a sudden explosion occurs, filling the kitchen with flames and smoke.

Paro, who was just outside the kitchen, is horrified by the blast and screams in terror. Her voice reaches Rishi, who is elsewhere in the house. Instinctively, Rishi runs towards the sound, his heart pounding with fear. He sees Paro near the kitchen and quickly pulls her away from the danger. But his mind is fixated on Lakshmi, who is still inside the burning kitchen. Ignoring the danger, Rishi rushes back into the flames to save her.
At the same time, Neelam, who was unaware of the situation, notices Malishka, Aanchal, and Karishma acting strangely. Sensing that something is wrong, she decides to investigate. When she gets to the scene, she’s surprised to find the kitchen on fire. Her heart skips a beat as she realizes the severity of the situation.
Rishi, displaying immense courage, manages to rescue Lakshmi from the fire. He carries her out of the kitchen and into her room, where she begins to regain consciousness. Concerned for her well-being, Rishi asks her if she’s okay, but Lakshmi’s response is cold and distant. She tells him not to worry about her and accuses him of always pretending to care. She believes that Rishi’s sweet words are just a façade to gain her trust, only to break her heart later.
Lakshmi’s harsh words hurt Rishi deeply, but she remains resolute in her stance. She says she doesn’t need him and asks him to leave her alone. Rishi, however, doesn’t back down. He pleads with her to let go of the past and give their relationship another chance. He insists that they start anew, but Lakshmi refuses, convinced that his love is insincere.

Paro, who overhears their argument, becomes concerned and decides to inform Harleen about the situation. Mukesh, who works in the house, tells Harleen and Ayush that Paro was close to the kitchen when the fire started. Worried, they rush to check on her, but Paro reassures them that she’s fine. She also tells them about Rishi and Lakshmi’s argument, which she found childish. Surprisingly, Harleen smiles and tells Paro that their argument is actually a good sign, as it shows that they still care for each other.
Elsewhere in the house, Neelam is furious with Malishka for her reckless behavior. She reprimands Malishka, accusing her of endangering lives with her actions. Neelam emphasizes that while they need to find a way to remove Lakshmi from the house, they must not resort to violence. Karishma tries to calm Neelam down, reminding her that they have to be discreet in their plans, but Neelam remains stern, warning them not to harm anyone, especially Paro.
Rishi, hurt by Lakshmi’s accusations, tries to make her understand that her harsh words are wounding him deeply. But Lakshmi is relentless, telling him that she wants to keep him at a distance. Their argument continues until Harleen steps in, urging them to stop. Rishi apologizes, trying to make amends, but Lakshmi remains distant.
Paro, feeling the tension, tells Lakshmi to thank Rishi for rescuing her. Harleen and Ayush also encourage them to reconcile, believing that they should put their differences aside for the sake of their daughter, Paro. Neelam, though still displeased with Lakshmi, agrees that Paro’s happiness is paramount and warns Malishka not to let her jealousy cause any harm to Paro.
