Meanwhile, Meenu finds herself in a situation where she needs to get to the hospital and seeks Sagar’s help for a ride. Sagar, however, is hesitant and fearful of facing Vanraj and Paritosh. Despite his reluctance, Meenu persuades him to help her, reassuring him with her gentle words. Sagar, touched by Meenu’s kind words, begins to develop feelings for her. He starts daydreaming about spending more time with Meenu, showing the budding affection he has for her.
In another part of the storyline, Paritosh is seen engaging in a risky financial venture. He asks a friend to invest money on his behalf, hinting at his desire to make quick profits. Kinjal, however, becomes suspicious of Paritosh’s activities and confronts him directly. She questions him, fearing that he might be gambling their money away. An argument ensues between the two, with Paritosh defending his actions by lecturing Kinjal on the lifestyle of the high society.
Kinjal, deeply concerned, pleads with Paritosh to stop wasting their hard-earned money and urges him to consider taking up a stable job instead of relying on shortcuts to achieve success. She cries out in pain, desperate for assistance. Anuj, who remembers being warned by Devika about Anupama’s leg injury, rushes to her side. He helps her stand up and takes care of her with great concern. Observing the situation, Bala and Nandita, who are present at the scene, decide to give Anuj and Anupama some space, recognizing the depth of their bond.
As Anuj and Anupama have a moment alone, Anuj inquires about the circumstances surrounding Anupama’s accident. Bala and Nandita, who have been quietly observing, silently wish for the couple to resolve their differences and rekindle their love. Anupama opens up to Anuj, revealing that she had her accident on the same day as his. She confronts Anuj, asking him why he refused to visit her after the incident. Anupama expresses her heartbreak, sharing that she tried to learn about Anuj’s condition, but her world fell apart when she couldn’t reach him. She also questions whether Anuj blames her for Aadya leaving him, a painful memory that resurfaces for Anuj.

The conversation takes a more intense turn as Anupama asks Anuj how Ankush and Barkha managed to take control of his property. Anuj, overwhelmed by the memories, asks her to stop talking about Aadya. Anuj, overwhelmed by the emotional burden of the conversation, suddenly walks out. As he walks away, the locket both Anuj and Anupama wear gets tangled, symbolizing the complex and intertwined nature of their relationship. Anuj then picks up the flute and begins to play, using the music as a way to cope with his pain.
The episode ends on a cliffhanger as the precap reveals a tense situation. Anuj is walking down the road and thinks he sees someone who might be Aadya.
